New, unopened items that are in sellable condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the item has been used, opened or damaged, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a Pro Beauty gift card.
To expedite the processing of a return, please bring the item in store. If returning the item in store is not possible, please contact customer support via email at support@probeautyonline.com. We will provide you with a free return shipping label for your item(s).

Free domestic ground shipping on all orders. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM PT will be shipped on the same business day Orders place after 12PT or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.
