I started using this with the no. 3 and so far I haven’t really noticed any drastic improvement to how my hair feels after, but maybe time will tell. I have long hair and was worried I would use the entire bottle for one application, but so far I’ve been able to use it twice and still have enough for two more applications. It helps if you section your hair before applying.
